Step 1: You can go to the home page on another device.
You can use this website on any computer or mobile device.You cannot use this method if you don't remember your PIN or password on a SAMSUNG account.
Step 2: Click on the lock.
You can see this on the right side of the window.When prompted, click to continue.
Step 3: If you want to confirm it, enter a new PIN.
A new PIN can be entered in the text fields.The new PIN will work on your phone.You can either alert an emergency contact or send a message on your phone in steps 2 and 3.Press to keep going.The lock screen on your phone will change to show it's in lost mode.You can set a PIN on the website.
