Step 2: Cut flowers can be added to a bottle of water to make a vase.
You can use different sized bottles to make great vases. If you want a vase for 1 or 2 short stems, you can find a squat glass bottle.A wide-mouthed bottle can be used to make a larger vase.Wrap cord or wire around the vases if you're using small bottles. The vases should be hung on the wall or fence.
Step 3: A simple candle holder can be created by putting a candle into a bottle.
Push the bottom of the candle into the wine bottle to make a candle holder. If you want to hold a pillar or tealight candle, place it in a glass bottle that has a wide opening.Sand, rice, or pebbles can be poured into a bottle around the base of the candle to help it stay in place.A group of glass bottles in the middle of your table is a dramatic centerpiece.Light candles before the event.

Step 5: Bottles can be used as custom storage containers.
Don't go to the store to buy containers, hold on to your glass bottles. You can use small bottles like baby food bottles to hold small items.Office supplies, such as paperclips, staplers, or rubber bands, should be held in larger bottles.

Instead of lining walkways or garden patches with paving stones or rocks, choose clear or colorful glass bottles. You should loosen the soil where you want to make the edging.Push the bottles until they're at least half submerged.Pack the soil around the bottles to keep them in place. The sun warms the glass and the soil.If you're growing plants that need a little extra warmth, keep this in mind. Some bottles stick out more than others if you push them down so they're all level.
