A meme is an image that is used to convey something.They are a more attractive and descriptive way of expressing things than written text, which is why they are growing in popularity.Over the years, there has been a huge increase in the use of meme in social media.In a very simple way, Facebook allows you to use meme in your status updates, comments, and personal inbox.
Step 1: You have to log in to your Facebook account.
If you don't have a Facebook account yet, you have to enter your email address, password, and usernames in the top right fields.Click to log in.
Step 2: The Update Status box is at the top of the page.
There is an Update Status box at the top of your Facebook News Feed.
Step 3: You can type the content of your status update.
If you want to add your opinion on a meme, just type it in the Update Status box.
Step 4: The meme needs to be uploaded.
A file explorer window will appear if you click the camera icon at the left side of the box.You can use it to find the meme image file on your computer.The file will be uploaded on the page and a progress bar will display the status of the upload.The speed of the connection will affect the upload time.The meme can be uploaded with a maximum file size of 25MB.There are file formats that are supported.
Step 5: Add more funny things.
A preview of the meme will appear once uploaded.Click on the "+" next to the preview to add more.The file explorer will find and select another meme.The size of all meme combined should not exceed 25MB, because there are no restrictions on the number of meme you can upload at one time.
Step 6: You can share the meme.
Clicking the "Post" button next to the Status Update box will allow you to share the meme once you are done.
Step 7: You can comment on a post.
You can see your News Feed once you log in.If you want to use a meme to comment on a post, scroll down the feed.There is a text box with the words "Write a comment" in it.Click this to see the text in the box.
Step 8: The camera icon is on the right side of the comment box.
You can use the file explorer to find the meme file on your computer.
Step 9: The meme needs to be uploaded.
Double-click on the meme file if you find it.The comment box will hold it.
Step 10: If you want, include a comment with the meme.
If you feel that the meme isn't enough to relay what you have in mind, you can add a comment.You can type it in the comment box.
Step 11: Share your meme comment.
Press Enter once you are ready to share your meme and comment.It will be posted in the comment threads.
Step 12: You can open the chat window.
The message icon can be found at the top-right corner of the screen.A new chat window will appear at the bottom of the page if you click "Send a new message" from the menu that pops down.
Step 13: Start talking.
Write the person's name in the TO field.You can see the message text field for the chat below when you enter a recipient.
Step 14: The camera icon is in the message text field.
A small window will open.
Step 15: A meme can be uploaded.
To find the meme file, use the small window.If you find the file, double-click it.The recipient of the chat message will receive the meme file once you double-click it.
