How To Use Stickies on Mac

Virtual sticky notes can be created and managed on your Mac.The Stickies app is similar to the sticky-backed Post It notes you can attach to your desk or monitor.

Step 1: There is an open finder.

There is an icon on the dock.

Step 2: Click on the folder to open it.

The left panel has it.

Step 3: The sticks are double-clicked.

It's in the right place.This opens the app.

Step 4: Stickies can be dragged to your dock.

Add the Stickies app's icon to your dock if you think you'll be using it a lot.You can open Stickies by clicking the icon on your Dock rather than using Finder.A new note should be created by this.If you don't see a new note or you just want to create another note, read on.

Step 5: Click the menu to open it.

It is at the top left corner of the screen.

Step 6: There is a new note on the menu.

A blank sticky note is created by this.A new sticky note can be created by pressing on the keyboard.There is a way to have multiple stickies open at the same time.Click and drag the sticky from the horizontal bar at the top of the note.

Step 7: The note's color should be changed.

Your sticky note can be yellow, blue, green, gray, pink, or purple.Click an existing note to create a new one.There is a menu at the top of the screen.Pick a color for your note.The menu at the top of the screen can be used to make the note more see-through.

Step 8: Use a different style of writing.

You can change the style of the sticky note.You can change the size of the text.If you want to change text, highlight it first.The menu is at the top of the screen.Click and make your choice.To make text bigger, click.The menu can be used to determine how close the letters are.If you use the menu, you can determine whether to display special combined characters.There are options on the menu.

Step 9: There is a sticky note on the windows.

If you want the sticky note to stay on the screen when you're using other apps, you can either click an existing note or create a new one.There is a menu at the top of the screen.Click.

Step 10: There is a note.

You can roll up your sticky note if you don't want it to be visible.Click the horizontal bar that runs along the top of the window to collapse it.Only the bar is visible.Click the bar again to expand the sticky note.You can collapse the notes by pressing.

Step 11: A list is created in a sticky note.

Click the place in your note where you want the list to begin to create a bulleted list.The keys need to be pressed at the same time.Press the first item in your list.Continue typingClick the beginning of a line and press the key to add another level.To go up a level, press.Press twice to finish your list.

Step 12: A sticky note can be deleted.

You can remove a note if you don't need it anymore.The note has a box at the top left corner.Click.
