How To Use the Translate Extension in Scratch

You can use extensions in Scratch 3.0 to make your project better.The Translate extension can be used to translate text into multiple languages.

Step 1: You can create a new project.

You can either log into your account or sign up to do this step.Extensions can be used when you log in or out of your Scratch account.

Step 2: The Extension button is at the bottom of the screen.

You can choose from a number of extensions with the extension button.

Step 3: Click on the extension to get started.

You want to choose the Translate extension from the extensions.It's time to use the Translate extension in a project now that you have it.

Step 4: You can drag the first translate block into your workspace.

You want the text to be translated into the language you want it to translate into.Sometimes the translator doesn't translate everything right.It might not be accurate.

Step 5: You can use the Translate extension to code a scratch project.

The extension can be used in a basic project if you drag the "When Green Flag Clicked" block, "say ( )" block and the first translate block into the workspace.Select the language you want to translate from the first blank to the second blank, and then type what you need to do.The coding blocks are connected to code a project.To run your code, click on the green flag.There is a word in the language you want it to translate to.The translate extension doesn't translate the text you want it to.Remember to drag the blocks on a workspace, not the backdrop.

Step 6: The extension button is at the bottom of your screen.

You can choose from many extensions with this button.You can choose the text to speech extension.You can experiment with other extensions as well.

Step 7: You can click on the Text to Speech extension.

The extension allows your sprite to speak.

Step 8: A basic project can be made.

The image above shows the When Flag Clicked block, the translation block and the text to speech block.The blocks need to be connected in the correct way.To run your code, click on the green flag.You can use this project to make your character speak in another language.You can make the text sound different.

Step 9: The Translate extension can be tried with other blocks and extensions.

The extensions make your project more enjoyable.Not every scratch project needs an extension.The Pen extension is one of the extensions you can check out on Scratch.The Translate extension is being used to make a project.
