If you have a tin of evaporated milk on hand, you can make a substitute for cream.It's an excellent replacement for you if you want to reduce cholesterol in your diet because it has less cholesterol than cream.
Step 1: Milk should be poured into ice cube trays.
Step 2: You can put it in the freezer for half an hour.
When ice forms around the edges of milk, the cubes are ready.

Step 4: The chilled bowl and mixer beaters should be removed.
Step 5: Take the ice tray out of the freezer and pour the slightly frozen evaporated milk into it.
