Step 5: Wishing them well and thanking them.

Step 6: Find the correct address for your recipient.

You can find the person's public account by searching for their name.Leave a supportive comment on their picture, or reply with a funny Gif.If you have made fan art for them, you can tag them in a picture.Send a direct message by opening the messaging function and typing their handle into the search bar.Send your message after you type.If you made a drawing or painting of a celebrity, tag them in your post.Many celebrities are known for their response to fan art.If a celebrity doesn't respond to your message, you can usually see it.It can be hard to keep up with the messages on social media.
Step 12: Don't send more than one message and be positive.
Even if they are a famous celebrity, notifications in their inbox is not acceptable.Comments to one per picture and messages to once a week.Don't say anything bad about the celebrity or their fans on social media.Sending a lot of messages can cause a celebrity to block you.
