I can't get rid of the red vertical line on my TV.

There is a red line going down the left side of my TV.Even when the tv is on, the screen is black.M70-C3 is a model.

I tried to connect the cables to the tc board, but they didn't change the line.

Pressing on the screen will cause the line to fade for a split second or two, but then the red line comes back. For the last 6 inches or so, the line fades toward the bottom of the screen.

That looks like a tab error to me.The way the ribbon cable enters your panel is called TAB.You can find the cable on top of the panel by removing the back from the TV.Press on the ribbon cable that enters the panel. That will change the line. You can't really fix it.Sometimes wedging something between the housing of the TV and the panel provides enough pressure. You will have to play around with it to get the best point of pressure. We can see what you see if you post some pictures with your question.Adding images to a question.

You need to remove the TV cover to find the ribbon wire.If you lose contact, clean it with a contact cleaner.Try to turn on the TV.The cause of that line is lost contact.

It is more likely that the T-CON Board was partially malfunctioning after checking for lost contact. The t-con board whole assembly can be replaced. It's available in the market.
