The unit is in defrost mode.Before the unit returns to functioning order, the defrost process should take a minimal amount of time.If the unit displays P1 code for more than an hour, you can manually defrost it.

Plug the unit in for 15 minutes for the above error codes.Plug in and power on.Please contact customer service if the issue continues.

Ambient temperature error.The environment where the unit is operating is either too warm or too cold.The ambient temperature needs to be suitable for the unit.

The current room temperature is below 32F.The ambient temperature needs to be suitable for the unit.
