Your test results can be found on the Online Client Portal and in the Healow App.When test results become available, you will receive an email message.You don't need to do anything if you test negative on any test.If you test positive, your test results won't appear on the client portal until after you receive treatment.A clinician will give you instructions.We will make a treatment plan if we don't reach you.If you decide to seek treatment elsewhere, please first stop by the site where you were tested so we can provide you with a copy of your test results that you can take with you when you get treated.If you test positive for any test, you will get a call or email from a clinician to let you know.The test results will be posted on the client portal after treatment.There are legal restrictions that prevent test results from being published online.There are certain tests that are not allowed to be published online.If you have a positive syphilis test, it can mean more than one thing: You may have an active infection that requires treatment, or you may not need more treatment at all.A clinician will look at your lab to see if you have an active infection.If more treatment is required, you will be contacted.
