What is CIS scan?
Large format scanners use one of two imaging systems CCD (Charge Coupled Device) or CIS (Contact Image Sensor). A CIS is an integrated module that comprises an illumination system, an optical system and a light-sensing system all within a single compact component.
How do you use CIS-cat?
- Unzip the file that you downloaded.
- Run the executable(.exe) file within the unzipped folder.
- The Configuration Assessment Tool will then pop up.
- It will then prompt you to pick a profile.
- After you've selected your profile, the program will begin running its scan.
What is Dashboard and CIS?
CIS-CAT Pro Dashboard is a companion application for CIS-CAT Pro Assessor. Using CIS-CAT Pro Dashboard is a great way to visualize assessment results. Navigate from a high level graphical overview of environmental compliance with CIS Benchmarks to individual assessment results that produce a compliance score.
