Cork Dry Gin is Ireland's best selling Gin. It is created at the Midleton Distillery (in Cork, of course) but has a long history that stretches back as far as 1793, when it was first made at the Watercourse Distillery. How do you store gin after opening?
Whether opened or unopened, gin should be stored in a tightly sealed bottle in a cool, dry place that is away from heat sources (such near radiators or above cookers) and away from direct sunlight. Do not store gin in the bottle with a pourer attached.
