No reopening date has been set. Disney World also requires visitors to make reservations in advance. As for the Florida park's hotels, most have already reopened.

None. Disney's current position is that the parks are closed until further notice. First, Disney is currently taking reservations for their resorts beginning June 1, 2020. While this does not necessarily equate to a firm opening date, it does represent a willingness and desire on Disney's part to reopen prior to 2021.

Even with all of this, 2021 will likely bring a better Disney vacation experience overall than 2020. The more time that passes, the more things will be phased back in. Again, book a trip so you know you have the dates you want, and then wait and see. In fact, I already have a couple trips for 2021 booked!
