Does H Mart require membership?
Visit your nearest H Mart Customer Service Center and fill out a simple registration process for a Smart Card. Membership is free and there is no annual fee. After 1 years of inactivity, your Smart Card account will be automatically deleted.
Do H Mart points expire?
H Mart will reissue the card only when it is lost. When the Smart Savings card is not used for more than 3 years (inactivity of the account), any remaining points will expire and account will be automatically withdrawn. Customer information will be kept on record for 1 year after withdrawal.
