Can you change an oil filter on a car without draining the oil from it?I tried to remove the oil filter with a strap wrench, but it was useless.I had to put new oil in the car because the old one was still attached.Can I leave the new oil in if I get a better oil filter tool?I don't want to have to drain the oil again.I have a small amount of spare oil.
