How do I use the Kaiser Video app?
From your phone or tablet, go to http://kp.org/mydoctor/videovisits Choose “Get the App” to download KP Preventive Care App. Open and log in to the KP Preventive Care App* using your KP.org username and password. Go to “Appointments” and tap "Join" to start your video visit.
How do I activate my Kaiser account?
Registering is very easy Go to kp.org/registernow from a computer (not a mobile device) and follow the sign-on instructions. You'll need your medical record number, which you can find on your member ID card. Detailed instructions are printed on the back of this page.
