Although an excellent device, I don't recommend it for everyone. It is important to be aware that there is a learning curve to using the TourBox, as there is with any other editing controller. It takes time to set things up in a way that compliments your workflow, and it takes time to learn your chosen controls.

Is the tour box worth it?
The TourBox is a good choice for editors who like to keep things a bit more simple. Its buttons and dials are welcome for folks who like an analog control experience, and they're sensitive enough to support fine adjustments, certainly finer than dragging a slider left and right with your mouse or trackpad.Aug 5, 2020

Is TourBox Neo worth it?
If you spend a lot of time working on highlight, shadow, color channel, or similar adjustments, the TourBox Neo could be a good fit for your Lightroom workflow. I'd certainly recommend it over the Loupedeck+, a big $249 keyboard-style controller with comparatively limited functionality in Lightroom.Aug 5, 2020
