Where does SRP power come from?
To deliver reliable energy and meet our highest demand for service during our extreme summers, SRP generates electricity from a mix of renewable sources like solar, geothermal, biomass, wind and hydropower, along with traditional generation assets such as coal and natural gas.
Can I switch to SRP?
If you plan to move into SRP's service territory, welcome! We look forward to serving you. We can turn-on your electric service Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with one business day's notice.
How much does an SRP cost?
Most customers on this price plan will pay a monthly service charge of $32.44. A portion of this plan's monthly service charge is based on the size of your home's Service Entrance Section (SES) the electrical panel where power enters the home. Most homes within SRP's service territory will be billed $32.44 per month.
How do you buy SRP?
Purchases can be made with your checking account through the SRP M-Power app, online through My Account or by calling us at (602) 236-8888. If your checking account information is saved, you can also make a purchase at an SRP PayCenter.
