Step 4: The syrup should be put into the berries.

Step 5: You can leave the bucket in a warm place for seven days.

Step 6: The material should be wringing dry after being strained through fine muslin or another fine straining device.

The pulp can be used as compost.

Step 7: The strained liquid should be poured into a jug.

Step 8: The sugar should be boiled in 1 quart of water.

Allow it to cool before putting it in the jug.

Step 9: Plug the jug with cotton wool and stretch a balloon over the neck.

This allows CO2 to escape and protects the wine.

Step 10: Allow the wine to sit for ten days.

Step 11: Place the wine in a container.

Remove the jug and return the wine.

Step 12: Allow the sugar to cool before adding to the wine.

Step 13: Plug the jug with cotton wool and balloon and leave.

When the fermentation is over, the wine will stop bubbling.

Step 14: Siphon.

Step 15: Add a funnel to the wine bottles.

Step 16: The wine should be poured into the bottles.

Step 17: Store the bottles with cork.
