A doll's purpose is to provide focus and meditation.While holding your doll, focus on the effect you hope it will have.You can buy dolls that symbolize fertility, marriage, luck, prosperity and other aspects of life online.That is one of the spirits.It may take patience and a clear mind to clear your mind of distractive thoughts.It's also referred to as meditation because it is the practice of calming your soul in order to be more spiritual.Good can be brought about by yourself and others.If you want to bring others good fortune, use the same process, but have a doll that represents them instead, and focus on the desires you wish for them.
Step 6: Use different colored pins
There are seven pins you can use to indicate areas of your life you want to focus on.This technique goes hand in hand with the focusing technique, but focusing and meditating comes first, and then using the pins follows.You should put the colored pen into your doll after you have decided what you want to change.The head, heart, and stomach are used for feelings and intuition.If you want power in your life or a friend's life, you should use a red pin.The blue pin can be used to pierce the heart.There are different colors that symbolize success, money, healing, power, spirituality, and love.
Step 7: petition the spiritual beings
