Jimmy John's leaves bread in the option when ordering.

What is going on with the "Leave the bread in" option?Why is it taken out to begin with?Is it possible to make more room for ingredients?I don't know if I get less stuff when I leave the bread in.

Leave the bread in or "LBI" is an option on subs, 1-6 and the BLT to build the sandwich like a club.It is a little more substantial.LBI sandwiches have less stuff in them.The purpose of the bread being gutted is to have a place for vegetables.It stays shut a little better and is less messy.If you want to build a club like a sub, you can either take bread or order it.We use the bread guts to clean the table.We don't give them away.
