We recently did a kitchen remodel with Home Depot and we were very happy with the result. We chose the Thomasville cottage. The cabinets were installed on Wednesday and Thursday. We love them! The cabinets were in perfect condition. The order was perfect. The trays were put in the cabinets. We are very pleased with the product.

The name is Nancy Chevalier and she is located in Verner, On Model/Style: Cabinets Satisfaction Rating: Somewhat Unsatisfied - 2 out of 5 Review: "Poorly finished cabinets"2.5 years have passed since the 6th month when the paint was coming of.Do Thomasville have quality control??

Home depot will talk up the warranty and charge you extra for the "premium" products. The person installing your cabinets may have no idea what they are doing, and the home depot won't inspect the products or workmanship. In my case, I received cracked and poorly stained wood, poorly produced parts that were not all the same size coupled with incompetent installers and some incorrect parts, all of it arriving late. They are unable to make it right because the timelines went from 6 weeks to 7 months.Don't use HD if you want a real kitchen design company.

I had my cabinets for 8 years.I was told by a home depot rep that the warranty didn't cover the crinkle in the top layer of the cabinets. The doors were replaced after months of arguing. The stain did not match the doors. The company said the color will change. They agreed to replace again. The front of 3 other cabinets are doing the same thing. The finish was not clear. We can't afford to replace these doors because they are not near water. It's terrible that thomasville or home depot won't honor their promise.

I chose Thomasville cabinets based on my contractors recommendation for a major kitchen renovation. The cabinets come with a limited lifetime warranty but the price was a little higher than other alternatives.I was considering ordering the semi-custom cabinets from All Wood Cabinetry.I used these cabinets for my master and guest bathroom renovations and I am very happy with their quality and service. It is difficult to match All Wood's ability to get their cabinets produced, shipped and delivered in 10 days.I was happy that the cabinets ordered through Home Depot Design were delivered one day ahead of the original delivery estimate. The nightmare began.Despite the fact that the cabinets were ordered with the wrong size, no trim work was required for the install. The incorrect sized cabinets were returned to Home Depot by my contractor on the same day that they were delivered and the correct ones were re-ordered.I was reassured that they would send the correct cabinets and all the missing trim work in an expedited manner anticipating about a week.I'm still waiting for those 2 cabinets and all of the trim work to arrive. My renovation was thrown off by several weeks.I have spent time and money on a mistake I did not make. The cabinets that I received were not easy to clean because of the greasy black handprints on the white cabinets. The cabinets are acceptable now that they have been cleaned up, but not as nice as the cabinets that I ordered through the store.I will not buy this brand again.Don't spend your time and money on these cabinets.Go with someone else.

I received all of my cabinets that were damaged from thomasville about 2 weeks ago.None of the cabinets are useful.I had these cabinets in my apartment for 3 weeks and they haven't been picked up yet.I was offered $500 by Thomasville to keep the damaged cabinets.Kelly kept trying to make excuses for not doing a sight visit. She's blaming me for not talking to her.She is the worst sales person I have ever spoken with.Don't buy these cabinets! You will regret it if you do it.

The cabinets themselves are fine except they can't ship hem without them arriving damaged.I don't have all the doors yet, but I have received six shipments.Four months have passed since the first shipment arrived.Waiting for the next event. This is par for the course from reading other reviews.Don't do it.

The Dee S model has a neutral rating and 3 out of 5 reviews.I don't like spending thousands of dollars at big box stores. The consumer is sent to haggle with the manufacturer after they sell and wipe their hands of any complaints.I don't agree that the stuff you buy from them is the same as elsewhere. Some manufacturers make cheaper products for the box chain. It's cheaper to research local contractors who will stand behind their work. The headaches of dealing with the box store may be worth it.The box store can save you money if you want to keep things simple.

Nadine is from Canada and has a rating of Very Unsatisfied and a review of "Interior Designer says run!"My own kitchen was the worst experience of my life.I did not have a kitchen to speak of until mid-February of 2019.While the cabs I received were crooked, broken, cracked or not stained evenly, I was sent 3 wrong cabinets to house my stove. It was the worst quality and service.I was fully reimbursed 20 grand, which I know some people will say is great, but I still don't have a kitchen 5 months after demo, and now I am starting over with a new cabinetmaker. In all honesty, never recommend this company to anyone.

My kitchen is now 8 years old.It still looks great. How it looks in 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 years is the real test of quality. This one passes the test with flying colors. The finish looks great. We don't have any bad hinges, drawers or drawer glides. Our style is timeless and we know that the kitchen will hold up for many years to come.My neighbors bought a kitchen. We are a Thomasville community.Would buy again.

They took forever first of all and 3 of the decorative side panels were not attached or in the box. Many cabinets did not have the finish on them. The doors were crooked, the moldings had multiple flaws, and the corner cabinet was a joke. They didn't put the roll out drawer in the cabinet. The kicker that the mixer stand pulls out is a joke.I have a brand new 6qt.The kitchen aid mixer.I don't think I should have cabinets. We would have spent 7,000 and not expected anything else. They get a big fat 0.

2 out of 5 reviews said "Run.. Do Not Walk!"It was a nightmare experience.Everything happened with previous reviewers. The cabinets were damaged in the first shipment so they were shipped that way.Nine out of eleven boxes were returned.Do not buy Thomasville cabinets through HD if you have hard earned money.8 months later, still waiting on shelving for a custom pantry.

Kevin O'Brien is a model from New Jersey and he has a very dissatisfied rating of 1 out of 5.The problem cabinets were the subject of a call to Thomasville. They claim to have a license agreement for their name, but they don't make cabinets. The vendor made the cabinets.Jasper uses the name Masterbrand. The territory rep inspected the cabinets and claimed the joints were bad.He said no one would notice the flaws under other lighting.A business card could be put in the open joint. The paint was damaged by the packaging material. He claimed he couldn't see black marks in the paint, when I offered him my glasses, he said he could see them.He extended an insult by saying the white cabinets are not best suited for you.

P. Grace is located in California and she has a very dissatisfied rating and a review that says "Don't Walk/Run away from Thomasville Cabinets and Home Depot!"Buying cabinets from home depot has been a nightmare.I have never been so disappointed in a product.I thought I was buying one of the best cabinets on the market for the money. There are parts of the wood that are exposed. He put the first set of doors back on after sending replacements and the medic came out 3 times. The finish can't be provided as ordered.Home depot and thomasville say I should be happy with the finish I ordered. The medic and I have checked multiple stores and it looks like the maple samples have been taken off the rack.Home depot and thomasville are trying to get me to go away.I can hire a person to sand the doors. This is not acceptable.I want what I bought based on the sample we saw at the store.

Patrick Lacke spent thousands of dollars on a new kitchen. We bought Thomasville because the Home Depot rep said we were the best. Two of our cabinet doors fell apart. The Home Depot rep went to our house. The doors were not made with glue. The doors will be replaced at a cost. The cabinet door panels were loose, just like the last ones. Before the doors were replaced, I accepted a $250 credit from Home depot.I haven't heard anything from either Home Depot or Thomasville.Do not purchase Thomasville.
