Kortopi, Hisoka, Kuroro, and Shalnark are all in a full version.

The Manga Kortopi Kana Rmaji Korutopi Portrayal was published in 2011.He was the weakest member in the troupe.[4]

Kortopi was short in stature and had a thick and messy mane of blue/grey hair covering his entire head.His eyes were large and round.He had a small mouth.He wore a light blue tunic, a pair of blue pants and black shoes.His eyes were open.[5]

Kortopi is often seen complying with what other Spiders tell him.He is willing to fight Feitan Portor and Phinks Magcub alongside Machi Komacine in order to ensure his survival.He was surprised that Machi would accept money from Hisoka to treat him.[5]

Kortopi was a member of the Phantom Troupe.It is not known if he participated in the Kurta Clan massacre.[7]

Kortopi and the other Phantom Troupe members meet in Yorknew City on August 31st.The leader says that everything being auctioned within the Underground Auction is their target.While the rest of the group goes to the Underground Auction to steal the items, Kortopi stays behind at the hideout.Kortopi could be seen in the Phantom Troupe's hideout when the hostages were brought back.[2]

The 200 heavily armed mafioso surrounding the Cemetery Building were slaughtered by the 9 Troupe members on the night of September 3rd, with the exception of Hisoka and Nobunaga.Kortopi uses his Nen ability Gallery Fake to duplicate all of the items up for auction.He created static copies of 5 Phantom Troupe members to fool the Mafia community.The Phantom Troupe members return to the hideout to celebrate their success.[15]

Kortopi could be seen when Nobunaga tried to find and kill the "Chain dude" to avenge Uvogin.Nobunaga was told to answer his questions while using the Skill Hunter book.Kortopi and other members of the troupe watch as Nobunaga is told his fortune.The Troupe will be reduced to half its members in the coming weeks, according to Shizuku.Hisoka's fortune is read by pakunoda when nearly everyone has their fortunes told.Hisoka betrayed the Phantom Troupe after Kortopi read his fortune.Hisoka has admitted that he revealed many of the abilities that the Troupe had, aside from Kortopi, who only recently discovered his ability.Feitan is the only one who didn't have their fortunes told due to lack of information, according to later Phinks.[17]

Kortopi was chosen to go in a group with Phinks and Feitan when Troupe should stay and break up.Kortopi states he can make 50 copies of their home base and they will all act as En, so he will be aware of an intrusion if one enters one of the fakes.Deducing the Chain User's motives, Kortopi states that he can locate the copied Scarlet Eyes by touching the original object.Kortopi locates the copies 2,500 meters from the original pair.Kortopi claims they should make haste as the copies would disappear in a few hours.Kortopi changes places with Shalnark and Killua spots outside of their base.[19]

With the Phantom Troupe on the move, Killua tracks them from afar as they walk through the outskirts of Yorknew City, take a subway train into the main part of the city, and finally leave the train station.Outside the train station, Kortopi says the Scarlet Eyes are moving.The Troupe rush towards the location until it's direction changes and they move at a speed of 40 miles an hour.The group splits into two and Kortopi and pakunoda go after the Scarlet Eyes after learning they're in a car.The person protecting the Scarlet Eyes is named Squala.After questioning Squala, but lying through the questions, he snapped at the last one and had his head sliced off by Nobunaga.Kortopi and Nobunaga head to the hotel with Pakunoda and her Memory Bomb Nen ability.[22]

Kortopi, Nobunaga, and pakunoda were able to regroup with other people.When pakunoda scans the boys, he asks what they're hiding.The boys tried and failed to escape after the lights came back on.The Troupe realized that the person they were looking for was nowhere to be found.With the Troupe becoming anxious, Pakunoda reveals that the boys had crucial information, but Nobunaga stops her and tells her not to reveal any information or else they will die.After Feitan and Shalnark arrived at the hotel, Phinks immediately demanded answers.Shizuku, Nobunaga, and Kortopi spoke to the group.Nobunaga gave Killua to Kortopi so he could punch Phinks.[25]

When the Phantom Troupe are back at the hideout, Pakunoda informs them of their demands.Agitated by the conditions set by Kurapika, Phinks wants to get rid of the boys and then deal with him.Pakunoda states she's leaving with the boys because she doesn't want to try and stop her.Kortopi and Machi claim they will take care of whoever tries to stop them.Feitan thinks it was a sick joke and they all activated their Ren.Franklin and Pakunoda left the hideout with the boys.After the hostage exchange is over, the Phantom Troupe witness Pakunoda sacrifice her life.[28]

Kortopi is one of the people that witnessed Feitan and Phinks transport themselves into the Greed Island game.Shalnark asked Shizuku and Kortopi if they wanted to go into the Greed Island game after researching the game on his computer.The two were reluctant at first, but Shalnark convinced them to play it with him.Shalnark explains how Greed Island plays and how Shizuku and Kortopi's Nen abilities have no effect on the cards in the games.30

Kortopi, Franklin, Shizuku, Shalnark, Phinks, and Feitan are on a boat heading for the Lighthouse in Soufrabi.After arriving near the lighthouse, Razor introduces himself as a Game Master, but since they came onto the island through an illegal method, he expels the group of island with "Eliminate".After locating an exorcist named Abengane, the Troupe asked Hisoka to convince him to remove the Judgment Chain.[33]

In his match against Hisoka, he used Gallery Fake to suggest he has met Kortopi and taken his ability.When the match is over, Kortopi, Shalnark, and Machi stand around Hisoka's corpse to confirm his death.Hisoka revives himself after the two leave.Hisoka murders and beheads Kortopi while he is in a park.He killed Shalnark as well after throwing his head at him.Kortopi's head is lying on the ground in front of Shalnark as crows gather around his corpse on a park swing.[5]
