You must be at least eighteen years old to use the services and by using the website, you agree that you have read and accepted the terms of service.Do not use the website or any of the services if you don't accept these terms of service.When you register and create an account on the website, you will be identified as the user.If you don't agree to be bound by the terms of service, you may not use the website or the services.
If you are a shareholder of a corporation or ENTITY, you have the right and authority to enter into these terms of service.

The process for bidding on the services.Maxsold is a technology provider of an online auction/bidding site, an operator of managed bids on behalf of certain sellers, and a platform service for other sellers who manage their own auctions or the auctions of third parties.All transactions conducted through the Services for the sale and purchase of items are concluded between buyers and sellers, not with Maxsold.You must register on the Website in order to use the Services.Personal information is collected at the time of registration to verify your identity and provide the Services.Immediately after the auction closes, we collect credit card information to process winning bids.All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Website.You agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy if you submit any personal information to us.At our sole discretion, we may deny registration to you.We do not ship items.You should not bid if you can't pick up at the published date and time.Your bidding privileges may be revoked if items are not picked up.We don't provide tools, packing material or moving assistance.Help is needed to move large items.You are responsible for damage to property caused by you or your help with the repair costs being charged to your credit card.Pets and young children should not be brought to the pickup as the movement of household items presents an extremely high risk environment that could result in injury or death.All buyers need to show a copy of the invoice, a photo ID and the credit card used for purchases over a certain threshold before items can be released.If you win a bid, registration is free with no credit card charges.After a few days, the pre-authorization hold will be dropped as it is not a charge.After an auction closes, we charge the credit card the highest bid price plus a 15% BUYER's PREMIUM and applicable retail sales taxes on top of that.Invoices will be available in the bidder's profile shortly after closing.Invoices not paid in full prior to the start of pickup will mean the purchased lots are considered abandoned and may be dispersed in any way the seller and/or we deem appropriate.You will not be allowed to bid on future auctions until your account is in good standing with MaxSold.Each bid is a legal offer and commitment to buy the item from the applicable Seller at the offered price unless or until it is outbid by another prospective buyer.A binding contract of sale and purchase is not between you and Maxsold if you are the winning bidder.Maxsold is not responsible for non-delivery of items by a seller nor for any other acts or omission of sellers.If you have a dispute about the purchase of items through the Services, you should contact us.You can review your bids at any time by clicking on My Account and then My Bids.If it's not the highest bid, you can adjust your MaxBid at any time.If an auction is Seller Managed, you should immediately inform the Maxsold team of any issues related to mis-cataloging.The vast majority of items will be in used condition and all of them are for sale.You are considered to have all your items if you leave the pickup site.Once items are released into your possession, item condition issues cannot be verified.Bring an expert to verify purchases at pickup.We are not responsible for the actions of the seller.We do not guarantee the safety or regulatory compliance of any items, which may include infant and child products.All items are sold without a certificate of authenticity.There is a buyer beware.The description takes precedence if it doesn't match a picture in a lot.Before bidding, make sure to review descriptions and images for any damage to the item.Immediately report any concerns after inspecting goods at pickup.Being at the Seller's property at any time other than the pickup times is a crime.You understand that sellers are not to be contacted directly.Or indirectly.Bidding privileges will be revoked for anyone found violating the rules and may be subject to investigation by the authorities.Each bid made in the last few minutes of the auction will add more time to the item bid period.Until new bids are placed, this will continue.The highest bidder will win if this is done.The MaxBid feature allows you to place MAXIMUM BIDS when bidding.You will pay one minimum bid increment more than the next highest bid if you use the MaxBid feature.The Website will play out the bids according to the Maxsold bid increment.You can receive emails about changes/updates to listings, pickup information, invoices, etc.Outbid notifications can be sent by email.Maxsold will not be held responsible for delayed or undelivered notifications if they are not received in time to rebid.If you plan to rebid after being outbid, you should be prepared to monitor your bids during the final minutes of the closing.We may add or remove lots at any time during and after the auction.Maxsold has the right to reset bids on a lot in an auction if there is a material change to the lot that will affect the value of the item.It is possible to win an item if you pay a minimum amount.In the event of a dispute, you agree to accept our records as accurate and definitive.Maxsold strives to provide our clients and employees with a safe, supportive marketplace and workspace.Any abusive or threatening statements or behavior, or other actions that are not in line with the Community Standards may result in revocation of bidding privileges and the closing of accounts of those responsible without notice.Everyone should be treated with courtesy and respect in our community.If you register as a buyer, you agree that the seller is responsible for any damage to the items you purchase.As you have released us from liability, please take care of yourself and your items.You are responsible for complying with all laws governing the purchase and use of the items that are offered for sale.All laws governing the use of our Services must be followed by you.You will indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, our successors and assigns, and each of our and their equity owners, directors, officers, employees, agents and other representatives harmless from any expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs.We do not make any warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.Part of the preceding disclaimer may not apply to you because some jurisdictions prohibit implied warranties in consumer sales.We don't warrant that our online
