Microsoft Outlook can be configured.

One of the most popular email clients in the world is Outlook. In order to get the most out of Outlook, you'll want to add your email accounts so that you can find all of your messages in one place, import your calendar to see upcoming events, and add contacts from your various online contacts lists. Step 1: There is a difference between POP and IMAP email services. There are two ways that email can be delivered to your email client. The old method of transferring email messages is called POP, and it works by sending new messages to your client and then removing them from the server. You can check email from multiple devices, as messages and organization are synchronized between all of the clients you use.If IMAP is available, there is no reason to use POP.You can check your email from your computer, phone, and laptop without losing any messages. The majority of email services allow you to use IMAP.Most service providers allow for IMAP.
