You won't get in a cop chase to get all the bounty.Before you fall off the edge, go to the bus station and go up the ramp through the glass.If the code three cops come up there with you but the others can't, you can sit there for as long as you want.You get all the bounty after you get out of the station.
When the cops run from you hit the o button and they will chase you and you will get more bounty points.

When you are turning a corner, use speedbreaker to drift around the corner and then nitrous to get your car in a straight line.This works on curves as well.
When faced with a roadblock, you simply hit speedbreaker and try to get in between two cop cars so that you can slide through the gap.
Don't reset your car if the cops are chasing you.You will lose the chase once you fill the busted meter.
The water tower is in front of the fire station.Bring up your gps.There are a bunch of triangles on the map.Two triangles are close to each other if you go up and down the map.Pick the one closest to you.You will find the tire if you go.You go after the tire, then take two lefts.This will take you to a small circle.Don't stop moving, kill cops as you go.When reinforcements come, you need to leave the circle so they don't overwhelm you.Go towards the baseball field at the 9:50 mark of the challenge.The signs of the field will kill the cops that follow you.To win the challenge, use the hiding spot on the other side of the stadium.
As soon as possible, knock out every vehicle with pursuit breakers.Stay there until reinforcements come.Since you'll find a cop on heat level 6 if you drive on the street for two seconds, the purpose of this is to make the chase shorter and easier.

Sometimes you don't just run over a curb.I did a huge twister when I ran over a curb.If you want to see what I'm talking about, try running over curbs.
This is how to get all the punishments.Pass a cop at 150 mph.Pass a cop at 180 mph.Pass a cop at 200 mph.Hit and run: hit another car.Evading police: get out of the line of sight, hit cones, trees, lights, and so on.You will be at the top of the rap sheet for most transgressions if you receive all eight.
If you crash into a wall, quickly press the "O" button.Time will be slower.And so will your vehicle.
To get 100% in your rap sheet, you need to be ranked first in all categories in the LIFETIME section of the rankings.
Throw the car into a powerslide U-turn when the team pulls up in front of you.You can avoid being boxed in by the anti-street-racer squad.
Hit the back of the cop car when coming up on a roadblock.You will not lose speed if the cop car is thrown out of the way.
Pick a sprint and go to quick race.If you don't go through the yellow arrow lines, you will have to do it again if you choose the race that says boundy and marina.
There is a way to change the amount of traffic, catch-up on/off, and number of laps.There is a race in the menu.The track is "Seagate & Camden".Select quick race when you return to the main menu.You can do a sprint on "Seagate & Camden".You can set the options you want.There was no traffic, etc.Do the race.You can go back into career mode and do that race again.In quick race mode, those options will apply here.You can't have traffic or catch-up.If you have a 4-lap circuit race in career mode, you can do this cheat and only have to do one lap.
A police chase will happen when you race any race that has the potential for a police encounter.The win and money won will stay if you get away from them after the race.Wait until the auto-save icon at the top of the screen disappears to completely skip this sometimes tedious process.After it has disappeared, hit reset and reload your profile.Money credits in your bank account will be shown along with the race.

Northeast Rosewood is where you should go.You can drive through a building if you cruise around until you find a fence.You're going to play golf.Go around!Don't worry about the cop meter if it starts malfunctioning.A lot of cops hang around the golf course if you enter through one of the buildings.You should drive slowly to get through the buildings.
If you have a Need For Speed Underground game on your memory card, you can get an extra $10,000 in career mode.You will get $10,000 after the prologue.
You have to hit the rear of the car if you want to get through the Spike blockade.
