Perm didn't take, what do I do next?
The perm was done by a professional.I have long hair and wanted a body wave done.I've had perms before, but I didn't have a color or hair color.
It was agreed that a perm would be possible after we talked about it for 15 minutes.When the perm was finished and the rollers were removed, it already looked less curly/wavy than I expected.Okay.
I have never had a perm fail completely.I have a wedding in two weeks and $100 is a waste of money, I've been looking forward to this for months.What should I do next?

There is a person instuctor here.She did something wrong.I think she didn't apply the neutralizer.The whole service was pointless if that wasn't applied.You need to get her to redo it for free.You might be able to get with a different hairdresser.Unless it's in the same salon, you won't be able to get it done for free.Call and see what they can do for you.Salons are good about that.If not, they don't care about their reputation at all.
She told me she was doing the neutralizer.The perm was left on for 20 minutes and then washed.If that was correct, it beats me because I don't know much about the perm process.She's the only one who does perms in that salon, but I will definitely call her back and see if I can have her try it again.Thank you!
