Para Theraflu y Theraflu TD Adultos y niños mayores de 12 años: disolver el contenido de un sobre en una taza con 250 mL deagua caliente pero no hirviendo y beber mientras esté caliente. Puede repetir cada 4-6 horas, sin exceder un máximo de 3 sobres en 24 horas.

Dosing and directions for Theraflu ExpressMax Daytime Severe Cold & Cough Caplets: Adults and children older than 12 should take 2 caplets every 4 hours, to treat daytime cold symptoms. Unless directed by a medical professional, do not take more than 5 doses (10 caplets) in a 24 hour period.
How often can you take Theraflu ExpressMax liquid?
Take this medication by mouth with or without food, usually every 4 to 6 hours as needed, or as directed by your doctor. Drink plenty of fluids when you use this medication unless otherwise directed by your doctor. The fluid will help loosen the mucus in your lungs.

Theraflu products relieve symptoms for up to 4 hours per dose. For Theraflu liquids, take every 4 hours in dosing cup provided, while symptoms persist. Do not take more than 5 doses or 150 mL in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor.
