Return Policy for Precision Nutrition: Frequently Asked Questions,Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification, and An Unbiased Precision Review.

I will give my opinion on the Precision Nutrition program on this page. This is my opinion, and it is completely unofficial. The website is not affiliated with the Precision Nutrition company.I want to help educate those of you who are still wondering what Precision Nutrition is.

I think of it as my complete nutrition lifestyle. It is not a diet.It is definitely not a fad. They call it a system.

It is not an ebook. It is a real system that comes in a box and you always have it at your side. You can look through the book and feel it in your hand.

I need the cookbook at my side with both my hands free for the food so that is very much appreciated. The small touches like that show how much care was put into this product.

John Berardi is a doctor. The man has a Masters in exercise physiology and a PhD in kinesiology. His real life results as an athlete back it all up.Just look at the guy.

There is a great team behind everything. They work behind the scenes as well as in the forums to answer your questions and help along your journey to health.

If you are like me and don't have many fitness-minded friends, the forums are a great place to go.I get online when I want to talk to someone who isn't eating fast food.

It is both simple and complex. It can be adapted to your liking. If you love to exercise and train, go for it!You can start to follow the guidelines slowly and still get great results.

Each of the 10 basic guidelines is easy to understand. It seems like a no-brainer to me now that I know more about this topic.

The goal is for 90 percent compliance. When done perfectly, you have a little wiggle room for cheat meals.

If you want to succeed, I will show you the exact steps you need to take. The critical steps that make all the difference are laid out in detail, and you can do them in less than 45 minutes.

If you want to start eating that type of food, go with the Gourmet Nutrition cookbook. You will be healthier from that. You could also lose weight.

It is not a strict diet.If you follow the meal plans and templates, you don't need to track calories until you're already lean and go for super-lean.

Pro athletes, amateur athletes and weekend warriors, body builders, busy moms, and just about everyone who wants to look and feel their best use the program.

There are fans of Precision Nutrition all over the world.Boxing, cycling, nordic skiing, and more.Professional fighters of the UFC and NHL teams like the Toronto Maple Leafs are also amateur. This is a big deal.

I watched a seminar that Dr. Berardi gave to a group of players. The program works for the elite.

If you don't want to eat healthy or get in shape, you can save money by spending all day on the couch and getting sick.

Pack on lean muscle if you want to lose weight.Your choice. It is easier to stay on track with personal attention the whole way through. You are held accountable for your actions.

If this is for you, get on the email list so you know when sign-up opens.

The most balanced review of their coaching program is from Coach Levi. There are reasons not to sign up.

There is a section called the Plant-Based Diet Guide. That is correct. If you aren't a meat eater, it's not a problem.

You can get away with that.Maybe.There are plenty of options for healthy shakes in the binder.

Lack of time is not an excuse, I am a huge fan of the 5-Minute Meals guide. These meals are very similar to a shake.

This is the third edition of Precision Nutrition.

There is a section about body measurements to track progress. It is cool.Tracking body fat and girth is more accurate than weight.

There is a section in the members forums where they give out a lot of free exercise and training plans. If you were thinking of buying something like that somewhere else, that should save you some money.Get it free from Precision Nutrition.

I did a 6mth session of PN at my gym and had some success, but now I am off track again.I might put out $100/mth and start the online program in January because they aren't offering it anymore.Any thoughts?

You can't argue with the results of the coaches I've talked to.It is a good option if you want to work with someone other than yourself.

When your website has the name of the cert in it, I am curious as to how this is an independent review.I believe you are either a staffer or paid to write a positive review.Your thoughts?

You can see that they share customer feedback on their Facebook page.I don't think they would use the tactics you describe.

They started sending me money, but not anything useful, like a complete five-part video series, or something useful upon login.I wondered what it was I actually purchased when I found a private section of ads for more services. Is it a binder? If it doesn't arrive in a week, give them a call.Who does that? They send it when you order it.It has been over a week since they sent a note saying it was on its way.I feel like the punch line will be, "There is no binder."I want a refund if it's true.I think they used a hard cover paper format. My friend who was on this program looks great, but they have just annoyed me.I want to see what the frat boy will look like in 15 years.

Is it possible that they allow negative reviews?Someone swoops in and tries to recover what was said when they see a negative review.

It is quite shady that Precision Nutrition pays affiliates and people to say good things about their business.Who would buy a website with a precision nutrition name? You have links to their website. The first person to come here would be anyone typing in a review on a search engine.

My experience is that they are a bunch of arrogant fitness professionals who are self righteous and have been known to bevulgar at times. If I heard that I would join a gym.I don't care how good the program is.The attitude is the most important thing.I wouldn't pay for the best doctor if he had a bad bedside manner.

Is the review biased?Really?Links are given to their website. It is obvious that you are biased and promoting their website and products.Sorry.

Krista SD's book has a curse word in it.Sally may be referring to that. The lessons were written byKSD.A lesson 10 months into the program links back to a person who is a practicing witch on their website.I pointed that out to my coach.

Sometimes language that some may take issue with can be found in the lessons.

You said that the team was a bunch of arrogant fitness professionals who were self righteous. That doesn't ring true for me.I have been following some of the affiliates of Precision Nutrition for years.Their credentials are solid and they seem professional. It is their knowledge you are paying for. There is a lot of bad advice out there if you don't want knowledgeable advice.

The people are a joke.A coach is assigned to a large group of people when you pay a monthly fee.The word coach is used lightly because they don't do anything. It is a solution for everyone. They have people who haven't been active in years and are 200 lbs overweight performing exercises that experienced athletes are supposed to be doing. All of this is under your control and they expect it to work for everyone. They are happy if you follow the rules. They don't care if you have success or not, it's all about money. It seems like a coach to me that they don't read what you put in the lessons unless you ask them to.They have no idea how to adjust for an individual if it doesn't work for you.The 20 minute videos trying to continuously sell you the next product is unbelievable. Most of the supplements are from the same company.

I had the same experience as Kay.It felt like I was a bother to my coach, especially to schedule a phone call. She wouldn't do weekends or evenings. One of the interns kept calling me the wrong name. She apologized for getting us mixed up when she said someone in a different fitness group has the same last name as me.I give her a pass on this because she may have a learning disability.I did not find that the supplements came from the same company.Almost every lesson was responded to by my coach or intern. It was a good experience, but I was disappointed that I wasn't given a deeper bonding experience like in video chat or skype. The owners manual was degrading.I thought they would take our answers and create an owners manual for us at the end, but they didn't.Nope.It was up to us to keep our minds focused on the task at hand. What a joke.People who are already on the road to fitness are the only ones who would benefit from PN.Those who need a bit more of a deeper connection will be disappointed.

You haven't heard of them being offensive?Green curses a lot in his videos and writing. He has titles such as "F**k a Homerun" in his writing.Krista Scott-Dixon has a writing called F**K calories.

Dr Berardi uses curse words in his writing, such as this: http://www.scrawnytobrawny.com/jb-speaks-1 as he tries to appeal to readers. It was classy indeed.

Agree with the negative comments.Unless I find it to be a general help or warning to the public, I don't review companies.Be aware!!The coaches of the program had my back and were there to help me transform.Untrue.It took me several months to realize that the coaches are not only arrogant and self serving but this is more like a cult than it is a company that is there for the benefit of it's clients. They want you to think about it.Not true. The coaches act like what they say and do is irrefutable and not to be questioned, as they go way beyond their scope of practice right into your personal life. They are self seeking jerks who really don't care about you as a client.Everyone knows one approach does not work with all and if you see no results, they will claim you are the problem.I find it nauseating. The coaches don't do anything besides try and encourage you to do everything they say.I wish I knew the truth as I once respected the name John Berardi and what he was offering to the community as an online service.Don't waste your money here. After a year long program, their transformation pictures were included in our group.4% of the clients show you pictures of before and afters as advertisements. Many more follow their program and are above 80% compliant with their workouts and habits that they don't make enough physical transformation change enough to advertise on their site. The public will not see the pictures of those that are 80% compliant. The rate of success is very low.You will make little to no change if you are a beginner with poor eating habits. You can spend your money with someone that truly serves the client. You will save a year worth of BS.And then.Try to get your money back.Good luck with that. It's moral.Big companies lose heart as money always rules, so don't trust them.

My coach didn't get involved in my personal life. She was far away.I feel for someone who is already on the road to quantifiable health and fitness who can gain insight and wisdom because it was worthless to me as a beginner.I found it educational, but nothing more.I paid for it.$5 per day.To be educated? It is time for the truth to come out.

After trying to reach my coach for nearly two weeks, I asked for my money back. They returned my money after a few weeks.I wouldn't sign up again.

They might be expanding too fast and taking on too many new clients. It is difficult to say if there was an issue with your coach or the infrastructure. They should get this figured out because what they have is great.I don't want to see it go downhill.

January 2016 was when I was on the program. This would help me learn new ways to look at nutrition and exercise.Several factors led to my dropping out after six months.I started to feel like I was dealing with people that were interested in continuing to sell products and services during the program.I made a purchase in good faith for a product they recommended from Biotrust, and I get at least five emails a day from them, sometimes with the headline "this is your last chance." I also found the surrogate videos on Facebook to be tedious and useless.Unless you are trying to sell to high school students, do the words "suck" really have to be used? The psychological aspects of food should be the focus of the PN.The self-medication that overeating provides is not always about the food.

Robert was in the Jan 2016 cohort as well.I kept on with it.Was it worth $5 a day? No.I learned things that were worth $5 a day.No.

I have had a positive experience with the program and the coach.Several of my friends have been recommended the program by me.

You get out what you put in with programs like this.I enjoyed most of the lessons, but not all lessons were created equal. The last lesson was about the secret of coaching. There is an interview with a guy named Sol Orwell that I listened to on the Foundr show.According to Orwell, the coaching company made $600 million last year.I messaged PN and said that was ridiculous. If she could help with anything else, I was told that she was above her pay grade.I am trying to get the word out that reviews of PN coaching are not intended to help you.The people are trying to line their pockets. They made $600 million last year.My hard-earned money was $1800.I didn't request a refund because I learned from the lessons and exercises, and not $5 a day.You need to know that not all coaches are created equal. If you need to switch coaches, ask to research your coach and then request. They switched in about 1-2 days.I do not get the e-mail that other people have mentioned.I don't think the coaching program is for beginners, it's for people who are already fit and lead a fit lifestyle.

I bought the product in July of 2015.I had a knee problem on March 3, 2017.I couldn't walk up or down the stairs.I needed my left knee replaced. On May 25, 2016 was the first appointment to replace me.I developed blood clot.I started my rehabilitation in the second week of June. The replacement for my coach told me to do the exercises after I contacted Precision Nutrition. What? The staff is not knowledgeable about knee replacements.I'm on blood thinner until February.I didn't get a refund. My left and right knees are not healed.I hope my left knee heals before I have to have my right knee replaced.I want a refund and nothing.I paid for the course and had over $12,000 in medical bills.I can't eat wheat because it makes my knees hurt.I should eat grains/wheat according to the coaches. It's not much for coaches to consider the clients.

The content is not great. The daily lessons become less and less about nutrition as the year goes on.I had one about time management. That kind of made me angry.I pay $100 a month for nutrition insight. Not time management tips.Other days/weeks have also gone off topic.

The saving grace for me is that my coach is good. Most of the credit goes to him.

I received a program through my health insurance and have had a positive experience. My coach encourages me daily. The slow habit-building approach is working for me.PN is helping me to develop new habits that seem natural, because I hate counting calories.I haven't lost much weight yet, but I feel lighter and have more energy.I think it is a great program.

Since I am a senior, I have some reservations about starting this program. Is it monitored for exercising?

My experience with PN coaching is simple. You might get cut off if you have any health issues along the way.I asked for a break and was told that it was important to stay on track.I have health challenges and this program isn't accommodating. Before you spend your hard earned money, you should be warned.I didn't tell anyone before I started. My coach deleted my account and didn't call me.Everything was communicated through the pn coaching messaging.Unprofessional and greedy behavior. All my work.

Thanks for allowing true comments and diverse opinions on the review site. It's hard to find real reviewers these days.

If you only hear their talk, you can get convinced.I don't think general nutrition information is worth that much money for the whole program.

Denisse, you are welcome. Thanks for the encouragement.I posted a long time ago how good the books were.I leave all the comments because I don't know what the coaching is like.

Is there any new information on recent experience? Are you interested in becoming a health and nutrition coach? Thanks.

Are you interested in signing up for their certification program? You can check this guy's experience at: coachlevi.com/nutrition/pn-level-1-certification.
