Paula White-Cain is an American preacher, author, televangelist, as well as a proponent of prosperity theology and Christian Trumpism.
The evangelical advisory board was chaired by White.She delivered the invocation at his inauguration.She is the first female clergy member to give an invocation.The Office of Public Liaison had a special advisor appointed to the Faith and Opportunity Initiative.[4][5]
She was the senior pastor of the non-denominational, multicultural mega church, New Destiny Christian Center, until May 2019.She was the co-pastor of Without Walls International Church in Florida with her husband Randy White.
White was the daughter of Donald Paul Furr III and Myra Joanelle.Her parents owned a store.When White was five years old, Donald and Myra Furr's marriage began to fail.The separation from her husband and his subsequent suicide drove White, her brother, and her mother into poverty.White's mother was an alcoholic.caregivers looked after her daughter while she workedBetween the ages of six and thirteen, White said she was sexually and physically abused by different people.She said that she suffered from an eating disorder.[12][13]
White's mother married a two-star admiral when he was nine years old.Her family moved to the Washington, D.C. area when her husband was stationed at the National Naval Medical Center.White graduated from a high school in Maryland.It was 13 and 14.
She converted to Christianity in 1984 while living in Maryland.Shortly after her conversion, she claimed to have received a vision from God.[9]
Paula and Randy White founded the Tampa Christian Center in 1991.Without Walls International Church was formed.
The church couldn't afford to pay the Whites a salary for the first two years.The couple lived on government assistance and the kindness of others.The church changed locations three times from 1991 to 1998 before securing the property at 2511 North Grady Avenue and changing its name to Without Walls International Church.[9]
The church reported 5,000 attendees a week and 10,000 ministered to outside of the church in 1999, when it held services in an outdoor tent.[15]
The property at 3860 West Columbus Drive was purchased by Without Walls International Church.The main sanctuary for the church was renovated and became a Canada Dry warehouse.
Without Walls International Church bought the former Carpenter's Home Church location in Lakeland, Florida in 2002.The church had over 15,000 members, 200 ministries, and a teen club at the time.Without Walls International Church began to hold Saturday night services at Carpenter's Home Church in Lakeland.Without Walls International Church purchased Carpenter's Home Church in 2005 for $8 million.[18]
Without Walls International Church reported a congregation of 20,000 in 2004, making it the largest congregation in the area and the seventh-largest church in America.Without Walls received $150 million from 2004 to 2006 according to an audit made public by a United States Senate committee.According to the Senate report, the church White-Cain operated with her now ex-husband spent tax-exempt ministry funds one year to pay nearly $900,000 for the couple's waterfront mansion and over a million dollars in salaries to family members.White's church did not cooperate with the investigation.A report outlining the committee's findings was issued in 2011.[21]
On July 12, 2009, White became the senior pastor of the church that she had co-founded, replacing her former husband, Randy White, who stated that he was stepping down as pastor for health reasons.[22][23]
White became the senior pastor of the Without Walls Central Church in Lakeland, Florida, on January 1, 2011, after the resignation of Scott Thomas.After failing to pay over $50,000 in bills, services ceased in August of that year.On January 1, 2012 she became senior pastor of New Destiny Christian Center.The Lakeland location was abandoned a year prior to June 20, 2012 when her ex-husband, Randy White, resumed leadership.White was not listed as a staff member at Without Walls International Church.
Without Walls International put both locations up for sale in 2008 due to financial difficulties, three years after purchasing the Lakeland property.The properties were being foreclosed on by the Evangelical Christian Credit Union.The city of Lakeland sold two parcels of land in 2009, allowing for a settlement with the credit union.White's ex-husband said that the Lakeland property was on the verge of being sold or going into foreclosure in November 2011.The Evangelical Christian Credit Union foreclosed on the property in October of 2012 after failing to pay their loans.Without Walls International claimed that White took audio equipment from the church to her new church.[26]
Without Walls International Church filed for Chapter 11 federal bankruptcy protection when White was the senior pastor.The church's filing was called a "litigation tactic" by the Evangelical Christian Credit Union.White stated in a CNN interview that he had never filed for bankruptcy.I resigned without Walls.I had nothing to do with it.[28]
The first broadcast of Paula White Today was recorded in 2001.Her show appeared on nine television networks by the year 2006, including Trinity Broadcast Network, Daystar, and Black Entertainment Television.

White has ministered to many people.She was the personal pastor to Strawberry after he was released from prison for cocaine possession.Charisse Strawberry was an assistant to White and accompanied her on speaking engagements.She is the "personal life coach" of Tyra Banks and appeared on her show in an episode about promiscuity.[29]
White was appointed as the new senior pastor of the church on December 31, 2011.He died in August of 2011.Riva dropped her lawsuit against the board of directors because of a hold harmless clause in her divorce settlement with Tims.36
"I'm not asking you to like me," White said during the service that she was leading after hearing of the controversy.I don't want you to love me or respect me, because I will do the work to earn that.I promise you will be changed if you give me one year of your life.[36]
White became the senior pastor on January 1st.Her church's mentoring of school students, donating food to the needy, assisting families victimized by violence and ministering to help young women trapped in the adult entertainment industry has been publicly acknowledged by the mayor of Apopka.What she is doing in the community is of great value to northwest Orange County.[38]
On May 5, White announced that she was stepping down as senior pastor and that her son and his wife would become the new senior pastors.The church would be renamed City of Destiny.She said she would help start 3,000 churches.It was 7 and 8.
White said in March 2020 that she was a hospital for those who were soul sick and asked for donations of $9 or something.She told donors that the money wouldn't go to victims of the disease.After widespread criticism of an Arizona event that she had promised "supernatural protection," she withdrew from the event.[39]
White first contacted White in 2002 after Donald Trump watched her show.He brought her to Atlantic City multiple times for private Bible studies and has appeared on her television show.James Dobson credited White for converting Trump to Christianity.During Trump's campaign for President, White was a member of his Evangelical Advisory Board, and she gave the invocation prayer at his inauguration.There are 43 and 44 words.
White was one of the president's spiritual advisers and held Oval Office prayer circles with him.White has had an ongoing spiritual collaboration with Trump with the help of her own ministry board advisor, Jack Graham.White was in favor of Trump's decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.[46]
According to White, political opponents of Donald Trump will be exposed and dealt with by the superior blood of Jesus if they are against the president.She believes that criticism of her belief is a political ploy to hurt the president.48
In January 2020, White was criticized for a sermon in which she prayed for the death of all Satanists.White wrote that the comment had been a metaphor and a reference to the bible.It was 49 and 50.
On November 4, 2020, one day after the election, White appeared in a Facebook Live stream in which she conducted a prayer service to secure Trump's reelection, repeatedly calling on "angels" from Africa and South America as well as "an abundance of rain".The video received a lot of criticism.[51]
White believes in prosperity theology.Along with other televangelists who have made millions of dollars through the prosperity gospel, her ministry Without Walls was the subject of an investigation by the Senate Finance Committee.Financial improprieties that could have affected the religious organization's tax-exempt status were investigated by the committee.There are 53 and 55 words.

Moore said that "Paula White is a heretic by every orthodox Christian, of whatever tribe."In early January of last year, a professor of theology wrote that White represented a heretical movement and that her address at President Trump's inauguration was helping to introduce heresy into mainstream public life.White denied that Christ died on the cross for the forgiveness of humankind but to rescue people from financial hardship.[57]
White has denied the Trinity, as a result of a video shared by a Christian author that shows White assenting to the viewpoint that Jesus Christ was not the only son of God.The person has stated:
I would rather a Hindu pray on Inauguration Day than a President who does not really believe in Jesus.[58]
White stated in a televised event that anyone who tells you to deny yourself is from Satan.Jesus said in Matthew that whoever wants to be his follower must deny themselves and take up their cross.[41]
All allegations of heresy have been denied by White.White responded to some of the criticism in a January 5, 2017, CNN interview.It has been reported that I once filed for bankruptcy and denied the Trinity.She said in her defense that her life and decisions have been nowhere near perfect.[59]
White has been criticized for being introduced as having a PhD when she has no college or seminary degree.60
White said that it was not illegal for Jesus to migrate to Egypt.He would not have been our Messiah if he had broken the law.William Barber II called White a Christian nationalist and said that Jesus broke the law.He was sentenced to death under Roman law.Matthew Soerens of the Evangelical Immigration Table group noted that the concept of illegal immigration did not exist at the time and questioned White's argument that breaking a law is a sin.[62]
In a song called "Fal$e Teacher$," a Christian rapper called White an "Anti-Christ" and denounced the Black Lives Matter movement.[66]
She married as a teenager.Paula became pregnant after converting to Christianity.She married Dean Knight in 1985 and they divorced in 1989.[11][68]
Paula met Randy White while attending Damascus Church of God in Maryland, which was headed by his father.According to the book Holy Mavericks, meeting this third-generation preacher was a turning point in her life.The two divorced their spouses in 1989 and married each other a year later.They started Without Walls International Church after moving to Florida.On August 23, 2007, Randy White announced that he and Paula were divorcing.White says the divorce was easy and they remain friends.[12]
