Seattle Seahawks give out some new jersey numbers
The last time the Seattle Seahawks played their home games at the Kingdome was in 1999 under head coach Mike Holmgren.Seattle made the playoffs for the first time in eleven seasons.The last playoff appearance for Seattle would be in the American Football Conference.After being moved to the National Football Conference, they wouldn't play in the playoffs until 2003 at the earliest.
After the 1998 season, Mike Holmgren left Green Bay to become the coach of the Seattle.On January 8, 1999, he was hired as the executive vice president, general manager and head coach.[2]
The Kingdome held its last game in 2000.The Kingdome was demolished to make way for a stadium.
