Setting up your Ooma Telo Base Station, home phone, and support is included.

I decided to invest more in my Ooma home phone service, so I got the ooma wireless + bluetooth accessory.I want to be able to put my base phone unit anywhere in the house.I can make this move with the help of the Ooma Wireless + Bluetooth accessory. As I demonstrated in the setup video, there are a few things you need first.

The Quick Start Guide that is included with the unit explains how easy it is to setup. The instructions are easy to follow.I was on my way to having wireless freedom with my Ooma after completing these steps.I followed the steps.

If you follow the steps below, you will be able to setup Ooma to use either a cell phone or hands free device.

Your Ooma is connected to your device.Since I set it up, I was really impressed with the way it works. It was cool that when my cell phone is called, it rings both my home phone system and my phone. Here are a few screens from my setup.

I hope you enjoy Ooma Wireless as much as I do.Let me know if you are using it.

I have the same issue as you, I can finally get to the setup screen, but not from my phone, yet everything else in the home both detect the signal and connects but ooma doesn't.

I have an iMac.When I follow set up instructions, my network doesn't show up.My internet provider says that it is an Ooma problem, but the ooma techs say it's an internet problem.!

I don't have a place to turn for help.Suggestions on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.Elynne.

While I still have the Telo, Charlie has stopped using the Ooma device since I wrote this.I would check with Ooma to see what they can do.Our best.

Ooma Tech helped me set up my device. It is all set up.The Ooma Telo and my HP All-In-One ring are connected to my phone via bluetooth.I want to be able to hear my cell phone ring if my phone is connected to Ooma.I did not have a problem with my old Ooma box or my AT&T phone. The Telo and HP printer both work with my new Ooma box and my phone that is connected to the internet. How do I fix this problem?

You don't advise connecting Ooma to the modem before trying to connect with setup.ooma.com in your directions.

I have only received spotty help from Ooma so far, but they made it clear that they must be blue lighting.

I have achieved the blue lighting, but can't connect to setup.ooma.com.I have stopped using the internet.I've tried pinging.I can't connect.

If your laptop is connected to the ooma via an ethernet cable, then you should try and restart it.It's possible that your laptop is still hanging on to the internet address you received.Make sure your internet is still off after the restart. You should be able to connect once you restart it.

If you want to pick up an address lease from the ooma device, you can either bring up the command prompt or type in the name of the device. You should be able to ping setup.ooma.com once you get an address from the ooma device.

I don't have a lap top computer.I wear a desk top.How am I supposed to plug in another for the wireless when there is only one plug for Ethernet cable?I don't know if I should buy a lap top.I am angry.!

If you plug in your desktop to your ooma base station, you can go to setup.ooma.com on your browser.
