The CommunityUE32T5300 TV wall mount screws are from the CommunityVesa Wall Mount Kit.

It's a nightmare with this.This is a TV model.I have a universal wall mount.I have M4/30 screws and have been told by support that they are not the correct ones.The diameter is too large to fit into the back of the TV.I have a TV that I can't put on the wall and no one seems to have an answer.Can anyone help?It seems ridiculous that I'll have to send the TV back for a refund.

I want to wall mount my TV.The screws don't fit the holes on the TV in the same way as the brackets do.

The wall mount brought from John Lewis would not fit because the VESA holes are 100mm apart.

There are 4 holes in the wall mount that do not have threads for the screws to secure it to the TV.

Even though the manual doesn't mention a kit in it, they say an accessory should be with the TV.They are waiting to see if the kit will work before sending it.

The website, the guy in the shop, all the manuals and guides, and the other people I spoke to before this would all be different.
