The "duck walk" is a famous exercise for the military and government.

After two years of waiting, I turned in all my paperwork this week and was assigned to 13-Fox, with a good training base, close ship date, and a pretty good bonus.

I'm really worried about it.I lied about paperwork but I was very anxious about the physical examination aspect of the duck walk.I can walk while squatting and dropping my knees, but I have been having trouble with the part where you are supposed to stand up.

I was wondering if it was disqualifying if I can't do it.Is there something I can do before Tuesday that will allow me to do that particular exercise? Thanks!

The hip flexors are stretched. It is hard to faul if you fail the final exam and then speak to another doctor about it.A friend failed a duck walk and went to the final doctor.

It's not hard, you're worried about it.The duck walk lasts 20 seconds. They will show you how to do it.
