The only way to apply for most financial aid at Penn State is to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.

To make sure messages from Penn State and the Department of Education are not blocked, check the settings on your email.

A Student Aid Report will be sent to you via email after you submit the FAFSA.All of your information should be correct when you get your report.Changes can be made through the website.The Federal Student Aid Information Center can answer questions about your report.The DRN number is located in the upper right corner of your Student Aid Report.The revised copy should be printed.

The Office of Student Aid will review your information after receiving a copy of your report.If more information is needed, we will contact you.
