I have had a subscription to the Plus through Apple for a long time.Today, I clicked on the App, started watching a program without any problems, decided to try another program, and a screen came up offering me a 7-day free trial, but I wouldn't let me watch anything else unless I signed up for another paid subscription which just renewed 2 weeksI tried to open the store but was refused.The App Store says I have an active subscription.They can't help me after I sent an email to them through their app feedback option.To contact Apple.It opens without a problem after I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I guess I will try tomorrow.Since most other Subscription Apps are anxious to assist or suggest solutions, it's interesting that the problem was passed on to Apple.It could have been to just uninstall the app.

The app needs a lot of work.It doesn't work on your phone when you want to watch it full screen.I would pay an extra few dollars a month to make the app better.The cable subscription thing is dumb and probably not the fault of the developers.Someone higher up is trying to save money or just has an old school way of thinking and that is why this app is so far behind.Smithsonian is 10 times better than curiosity stream, so I will always appreciate their great content, but I hope this app improves sooner than later.Is it as bad as people are saying?It is insane that the whole thing is set up.

The USA has been a country for almost as long as the museum has existed.The science and education that the institution has provided is amazing.They continue to capture thrilling and timely movies and tv shows because of the knowledge and exploration they have put into the videos they produce.Anyone interested in history, nature and science can use this app.There is enough currently available to keep you entertained for quite a while, but it seems the process is slow, that would be my only complaint.I keep my subscription because I want to know more about the history, nature, and science of our amazing world.
