Cox has a new option called Panoramic WiFi that covers your entire house.These use a new modem/router all-in-one that you place around your home to overlap and extend the coverage.We are seeing a lot of complaints about it.

The first thing you need to do to fix a problem with the Panoramic WiFi router or system is to restart it.For 60 seconds, power cycle the modem and router.One-by-one return power to the entire system is what you can try and do.

If you want to use Cox Panoramic on your phone, you need to download the app.The app allows you to make changes, change settings, or even call for help.If the app doesn't work, you can open a web browser and type 192.168.0.1 into it.If you use admin, you can get started with the password.If you want to get better results, buy a real Mesh WiFi Router.

Internet problems are very similar to Cox Cable or Advanced TV problems.Power-cycle the device if you are experiencing issues with your Cox TV channels, the Contour Box, or even your Mini Box.Wait for over a minute and plug it back in.Cox has a TV box that you aim the remote at while channel-surfing.Plug the device back in.

If you are still having a slow internet connection, you can try this.If you want to check your home's speed, use Speedtest.net.Your internet speed is checked by this site.You should see something similar to what you pay for.You have a problem if it is going very slow.

Cox can help you because most of the quick and easy tips didn't work.There might be a pattern to the time of day the internet slows down.The internet usage goes up in the morning as more people are home.During peak hours, you might experience slower speeds.

If you are having problems with slow Cox cable internet, call the customer support line and have a tech walk you through some steps.To get a technician to come to your house, tell them you have to restart everything.

It might be using some of your speeds if you recently added more devices, a new Xbox, or something big to your house.If you want the best internet experience, you should buy a dual-band router and use the two different lanes.
