The first step is to click the radial button next to the search options.You can type the word or phrase in the search bar.You can type a word or phrase in the bar at the top of the menu.You can add a new word or phrase by typing it in the bar at the top.When you're done, click to remove the words and phrases you want to keep..The drop-down menu can be used to select a pattern.Patterns can be used to remove phone numbers, credit cards, social security numbers and dates.
Step 32: Search and remove text at the same time.
The documents are searched for all times the text appears.
Step 33: The instances you want to redact are listed next to them.
You can find all instances of the text you are looking for in the menu to the left.You can click next to all instances to redact.To check everything, click Check All above the list.
