The metal spring systems are usually sinuous and wire seat springs.The seating area is supported by the webbing.

The attached cushion means each cushion core in a seat cushion which is attached to the product.

Top of Bed means comforter, bed skirts, pillow shams, and any accent pillows included with a comforter set.

All finishes, components, and other furniture products not specifically included in the above limited warrants are considered Finishes and all Other Furniture Products.

The lifetime is the normal useful life of the product under reasonable use.

After the first year of use, the sleep mattress will be replaced on a prorated basis, with 80% of the cost covered.

All seat cushion cores in Attached and Unattached Cushioning will conform to the shape of the user.This will not be considered a loss of resilience or a material manufacturing defect.

The leather and upholstery fabric warranty includes seam slippage, cracking, and dye transfers.Leather is a natural product, and each hide will reflect its own individuality.Some variations of shade and tone are expected, but the nicks, scratches, andwrinkles that only occur in genuine leather are not a defect.When heavy soiling or abuse is evident, these limited warrants are not valid because they do not cover tears, flattening of nap, pilling, fading, or shrinking.These limited warrants do not cover protective finishes, velvets, and velvet types since they are soft texture and will crush, shade and mark more readily than most fabrics.

For all of its products other than an Unattached Cushion, the sole liability of the company is limited to repair, or at its option, replacement.There are no refunds available.If identical materials are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement, the company will be able to substitute better quality materials.Due to dye lot differences, replacement fabrics may not be the same as the original.

Within one year from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the faulty parts will be paid by the company.The original retail purchaser will be responsible for labor, packing, and transportation costs after Labor Coverage ends.All limited warrants do not include the costs of transporting furniture or parts from your home to the retailer.

If the original retail purchaser complies with the claim procedure set forth in these limited warrants, the Unattached Cushion will be replaced.The remedy is related to Unattached Cushions.

For the remainder of the original warranty period, any item repaired or replaced will be covered by the limited warrants.

These limited warrants don't apply to rented, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential uses where merchandise was used as a floor sample or display model.Normal household usage is only covered by all warranties.No warranty, express or implied, applies to any condition resulting from misuse, abuse, delivery or transportation damage.If furniture has been moved from original point of delivery to consumer, these limited warrants are null and void.

Damages or defects caused by use of chemical treatments or protective coating on the finish, leather, or upholstered fabric by the retailer or the original retail purchaser are not covered by these limited warrants.

The limited warrants on "Leather", "Upholstered Fabric" and "Finishes and all Other Furniture Products" do not cover damages due to excessive soiling, improper cleaning methods or exposure to sunlight.Any use of improper or unauthorized cleaning methods voids all warranties.

The limited warrants do not apply to products that have been altered without the express written authorization of the company.

The warranties of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE are limited in duration and do not apply after that period.Some states don't allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

No other express warranty has been made or will be made on Ashley.No representative of Ashley or its distributors or retailers is allowed to make changes to these limited warranties.

Some retailers offer extended or additional warranty, but it's not limited to the retailer or through a third-party.ASHLEY is not liable under any extension or additional warranty offered by any retailer or third-party.

In no event shall ASHLEY be held responsible for any loss of use, injury, or damage to personal property, even if it had reason to know.Some states don't allow the exclusion or LIMITATION of INCIDENTAL or CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, so it's not applicable to you.

The purchase price of the product or its replacement will not be affected by Ashley's responsibility.

Recliners, sleeper sofa, etc. are motion furniture.There are many moving parts.Caution is needed in operation.Children shouldn't be allowed to play on furniture.Recliners should always be left upright and closed with hands and feet out of the way.The person should operate it.

The original retail purchaser must comply with this claim procedure to get warranty services.

You can get warranty service from the retailer you purchased your furniture from.All claims have to include the original bill of sale and the product serial number.Deficiency parts can be returned upon request.You have to make arrangements with the retailer to schedule the transportation of the furniture or parts from your home to the store.If the furniture store that you purchased has closed, you need to contact our Customer Service.

Business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential uses are not covered by these limited warrants.These limited warrants do not apply to merchandise that was used as a floor sample or display model, as well as merchandise purchased at a distress sale or going-out-of-business.Normal household usage is only covered by all warranties.No warranty, express or implied, applies to any condition resulting from misuse, abuse, delivery, or transportation damage.If product has been damaged in moving from original point of delivery, these limited warrants are null and void.

The limited warrants do not apply to products that have been altered without the express written authorization of the company.

The border wires are bent due to moving or bending.

The mattress needs to be supported by a bed frame.The bed frame must support the foundation.If a bed frame has at least 5 legs and 3 cross slats, queen and king mattresses and foundations can be used.

Body impressions on a memory foam or gel mattress are normal.

Body impressions on an innerspring mattress are normal.

The warranties of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, which are implied on the sale of this product and its parts under state law, are limited in duration.The above limitation may not apply to you because some states don't allow it.

There is no other express warranty that can be made for the product or its parts.No representative of Ashley or its distributors or retailers is allowed to make changes to these limited warranties.

If a problem arises which you feel is covered by the limited warrants, you should contact the authorized retailer you purchased the product from.To satisfy the limited warranty requirements, all claims must include the original bill of sale, the product serial number, and the law label from the mattress and/or foundation.You may be asked to provide proof of the quality of your foundation.The retailer will try to establish service if necessary.The retailer will be authorized to make repairs if the problem can be easily fixed.There is a right to require that parts be returned.

The cost of transporting the product from your home to the retailer is not responsibility of Ashley.You have to make those arrangements with the retailer.If the retailer you purchased from has closed, you need to contact our Customer Service number or write a letter to us.
