It is fun to host a tea party with the toys in your house.Part one and part two of this article are here. The first part is for parents who would like to help a child host a tea party, and the second part for those who want to host their own.
Step 1: Have your child tell you who will come to the party.
The theme and types of things served at the tea party can be decided by knowing which toys are invited. The standard teddy bear's picnic would be a fun thing to do if the party is just dolls.
Step 2: Ask your child if he or she would like a tea party.
It might be helpful to suggest ideas for your child to think about.A teddy bear's picnic, Barbie afternoon tea, garden party for dolls, and stuffed toys are some of the possibilities.
Step 3: Decide if you'll have real or fake food.
If you have a lot of time and you want to eat real food, you could do some baking together, making muffins, and children's drinks.Making cookies shaped like toys is a lot of fun.Real and fake food can be combined. You could have a lot of miniature food but some real cookies and milk. You need to set up in a place that is appropriate and sanitary to eat real food. When toys are involved, mud pies are not a good idea. Some toys can be hard to clean and there is a chance of them getting dirty.
Step 4: The tea party should be put together.
The gear needed for the party can be found at a suitable spot.Depending on what you have at home, you can use doll's tea sets or real cups. You can buy cups, saucers, and the like from a thrift store and keep them in a box. They can be washed and used again and again. If you want to lay a blanket on the grass, set the table.Get the dolls and toys to eat from dishes and plates. The drinks can be made with glasses or cups. There should be a centerpiece for decoration. As part of the tea party, set up anything your child thinks would be nice.
Step 5: The tea party should begin.
It's up to you.If your child asks you to join in, do so.If your child is happily playing away without you, just keep an eye on it from afar and let him or her enjoy the play.Your child may want to ask a friend. They could bring their own toys.Take pictures. This is the kind of thing that makes wonderful memories.
Step 6: Clean up after.
It's important for your child to learn to put things away and keep things clean. If your child ate real food, show them how to clean it up.The toy items need to be neatly packed.
Step 7: There is a tea party.
It could be your favorite toy.
Step 8: Pick the guests next.
There are different sizes and types of toys to choose from. They won't mind if you mix up dolls and stuffed animals.
Step 9: Decide on what to serve at the tea party.
If you have toy miniature food, choose it from your collection.Ask your parents for help if you want to cut out magazine pictures of food.
Step 10: Go to the table.
If you have a table, use it.If you don't have one, you can make one from a box upside down with a cloth thrown over it.
Step 11: The table has to be set.
The tea party should include plastic/toy teacups, a tea set, and anything else you want.If you don't have any, you can make plates from clay.Ask a parent for plastic or disposable plates.
Step 12: There is a tea party.
A balloon, streamers and a vase of flowers could be added.
