Stand Up Pouches are generally sealed with specialized sealing machines. Heat Sealing is a process followed by most custom or plain pouches and bags. It is the last step in the packaging of a product in the bag. There are two types of plastic used to produce Stand Up Pouches and bags.

Fill the bag with desired contents (avoid getting any product into zipper area and do not over fill the bag). Gently run your fingers across the zipper to close the bag securely. Place the top of the filled bag between the seal bars, just “above the tear notches'.
