How do I get an RSA token on my phone?
Open the RSA SecurID App on your mobile device and enter your Personal PIN when prompted. Your mobile device will generate an eight-digit Token Code. Enter the eight-digit Token Passcode when prompted.
How do I get a new RSA token?
- In the Security Console, click Authentication > SecurID Tokens > Manage Existing.
- Use the search fields to find the tokens that you want to replace.
- Select the checkbox for the tokens that you want to replace.
- From the Action menu, click Replace SecurID Tokens.
- Click Go.
How do I check my RSA token?
Your Token serial number is the 9-digit number on the back of your RSA SecurID hardware Token. It can also be found in the self-service console by clicking view details next to the Token image.
Is RSA token safe?
While RSA SecurID tokens offer a level of protection against password replay attacks, they are not designed to offer protection against man in the middle type attacks when used alone.
