We always try to deliver on time, but sometimes there's things we can't control, such as traffic. If your delivery driver is running late, they'll always try to let you know by giving you a call. If your order is late leaving our fulfilment centre, we will send you an SMS.
What is the latest delivery time for Ocado?
Orders can be placed from 6am–10pm each day. We'll also deliver after 10pm, if your order is placed just before then, or if you've chosen the 10:00–11:00pm slot. Is there a minimum spend? Ocado Zoom has a minimum spend of £15 and no maximum order size.
Can you track Ocado van?

What are my rights if a delivery is late?

Can you get money for late delivery?

What happens if my package isn't delivered on time?
If your Priority Mail Express mailpiece is not delivered by the guaranteed time, you can request a refund at USPS.com. Refunds will no longer be processed at Post Office locations.
Why are there no Ocado slots available?
We're working round the clock to increase our capacity and, whenever possible, constantly release new slots. If you don't see any available when you first log in then please check back later. On some occasions, slots can get booked up faster than usual.
