This is not correct. Don't use this phrase. To native English speakers, "reaching home" sounds odd or overly formal. It would be much more common to hear "I'm home." In North America, you might also hear "I've gotten home."
Did you get home safe or safely?
Most students learn that "safely" is an adverb and "safe" is an adjective. Safe as an adjective: This is a safe car. He felt safe in his home after installing an alarm.
