Is Monzo offline?
We can't stop transactions that happen offline (like payments on TfL, planes or hotel bills), so they might still go through. If you go over your authorised overdraft limit, or enter an unauthorised overdraft, we expect you to add enough money to get back inside your limit as soon as possible.
How do I reset my Monzo app?
- Launch the Settings app on your iPhone.

- Tap [Device] Storage.

- Tap Delete app.
- Tap Delete to confirm that you want to delete the app.
- Restart your phone.

Does Monzo take money off?
