There is a range called Delta T which indicates what the right temperature is in every situation.
Delta T is the temperature difference between the supply air and the return air in your home.
Delta T should always be between 16–22 F according to most professionals.
The air coming out of your vents should be between 93o and 99o F if you are heating your home in the winter.
