I'm not sure if you're talking about fansigns, that's what I'm assuming, but if you're going to a fansign you can bring letters and small gifts. Bighit made a rule that is “BTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RECEIVE GIFTS FROM FANS” You could give the members letters but not gifts.
