International trucks have been built and sold by the International Harvester Company (renamed Navistar International in 1986) from 1909 until the present (2022). Originally marketed to farmers the trucks were immediately successful and were sold to businesses in cities as well. These are branded "International".

Is International ProStar a good truck?
IMHO, the International ProStar that I drove for almost two years, and four others in the fleet, was the finest driver platform that I've ever had the pleasure of operating. It was AWESOME! I had zero problems with a Cummins powerplant and Eaton transmission.
