This is a monument the public can climb - The key is available for 30 minute periods from Guernsey Museum in Candie Gardens during normal opening hours. Visitors are advised that access to the viewing platform is via a steep and narrow spiral staircase of 99 steps, although there are platforms to pause on as you go.
