The UPS InfoNotice is a powerful tool that links all shipments for your delivery stop to one unique reference number. This number appears on the bottom of the InfoNotice above the barcode. You can use this number to track your shipment, change delivery options or collect your shipment.
Did not Receive UPS InfoNotice?
If no InfoNotice is present, it means the package either hasn't been delivered or has been lost or misplaced. If your package's status shows a missing delivery, your first step is to contact the shipper.
Can I pick up a package from UPS if I missed the delivery USPS?
